+ RectangleF now supports the multiplication ('*') and division ('/') operators with floating point numbers
+ Added GDEntity.originalSize member, which returns a vector corresponding to the OriginalWidth and OriginalHeight of the entity

* Removed a redundance in a few collision detection routines from GDEntity where the methods were recalculating the collision box when one was already stored as an entity property.
* Removed test inside GDMath.Distance(GDEntity, GDEntity) that checked whether the two entities were children of the same parent entity
* Fixed a small issue where a GDAnimation would ignore the ForceFree parameter in GDAnimation.Free(bool forceFree) causing unwanted disposal
* Fixed a problem where the GDAnimation would not call the FrameAdvance event properly when the animation looped
* Fixed an issue with the RefreshCollision() method using relative scales instead of absolute when recalculating the collision boxes
* Now the engine calls the GDEngine.ApplyMatrixRecursive() on the Root node in the Update() method as well as the Render(). Should fix some issues with initial collision detection.
